Refund Policy

Our promise

A wrong likeness on something you'll keep forever is worse than no comic at all. So: you see your comic before we finalise it, we revise it until it's right, and if it still isn't right, you get a full refund.

How it works

  • You receive a first look before anything is finalised, printed, or shipped.
  • We make reasonable revisions until the likeness and story are right.
  • If we genuinely can't get it right, request a refund within 14 days of your first look and we will refund you in full.

Once you approve

After you approve the first look we complete the order: Digital orders are delivered as the final files, and Print orders are printed and shipped. Because each comic is custom and made to order, once it is approved and delivered (or shipped), the order is final.

Printed orders damaged in transit

If a printed comic arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it at no cost.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details. Refunds are issued through Cashfree Payments to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

Things to know

  • We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, requesting a refund after approving and receiving the finished comic), as permitted by law.
  • Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.
